- help strengthen the University’s brand in the global online learning market
Heart of Scotland: History & Heritage of Stirling at 900 Years
Our first course will begin on 24 June 2024 and it is a very special one indeed. Heart of Scotland: History & Heritage of Stirling at 900 Years, offers a rich tapestry of Stirling’s central place in Scottish history over the last nine centuries. Part of the wider Stirling 900 celebrations, the course was developed by Faculty of Arts and Humanities academics with learning design and media production from Learning & Teaching Enhancement.
Working collaboratively with all faculties, Learning & Teaching Enhancement will ensure that courses have high production values and make the most out of FutureLearn’s intuitive platform design to give participants a great experience as they learn from Stirling’s expert academics. More Stirling courses will be confirmed in the coming months but why not experience FutureLearn for yourself and sign up for Heart of Scotland now?
In the video below course lead Professor Ali Cathcart and FAH Dean Professor Kirstie Blair talk about developing Heart of Scotland with Learning & Teaching Enhancement.
